Hi! I’m Viv. I’m spending the next year in China and Southeast Asia studying Mandarin Chinese and the relationship between China and Southeast Asia in natural resources management on a Boren Fellowship.
I joke that this blog is primarily intended to lower my mom’s blood pressure while I am away; but in truth I’m excited to see what drives resource decisions in East Asia and to focus on positive developments and opportunites for this sixth of the world population to drive global action.
